It's Mail Order Interview time again! This week's interview is with the wonderful, the talented, the published Jess Smart Smiley. Jess recently released his first full-length graphic novel Upside Down: A Vampire Tale with Top Shelf Productions.
He's got a huge and versatile body of work - from short comics to a collection of portraits of Conan O'Brien. I was so excited when he agreed to do a Mail Order Interview for my blog because I absolutely love his work and I think that he's super cool!
